Spindle Nut Torque?

I haven't seen any torque values for the spindle nuts.

1. INNER NUT - Would 100 to 150 inch/pounds (8 to 12 ft/lbs) be enough or too much?

2. OUTER NUT - Is 30 ft/lbs enough or too much?

There isn't any play in the wheel but I just don't want to over tighten it.
