You are a bit tight, which can burn out bearings faster than too loose.
The replies vary between 'just snug' to 100 ft/lbs. And you said that didn't make much difference in degrees of rotation. But Every reply here said loosen 1/6 turn, before really cinching down on the outer.
An outer tightened to 100 is lots less likely to loosen than an outer only tightened to 50. And the point of that 1/6 turn is to leave room for the 100 to not make excessive pre-load.
But I don't remember how I did mine, and I'm not going to take it apart just to check. :~(
