OT cash for clunkers passes

I wonder how cash for clunkers is going to affect the used car makrket. I think it will result in massive inventory that wont be able to be sold. worse than it is now. does it just eliminate one job to try and save another? Or just making it easier for asian car companies to get larger market share? Dodge content, Dodge lobbied for it.
