Ot. Crawlspace insulation

Hi. Ot but I've found guys here to have good input. I need to reinsulate my crawlspace. Area is 20 x 20. 3 feet high. Block walls. Concrete floor. Vented. Upstairs is living space. Heated and air conditioned. Current 20 year old insulation is paper backed pink insulation. Is still good in most areas. Has fallen down in some. Is the proper replacement still paper backed or other?? Foam is not an option. Any thoughts??? Thanks. Mannyc
