There you go. As much fun (?) as it might be to scoot around under your house on a creeper, I honestly can't see the benefits of concrete in a crawl space that you can't stand up on. How much time does anyone spend in a crawl space after the house is built? A heavy plastic or similar cover that is taped at the joints will stop moisture and Radon (if it's an issue) better than a couple of inches of concrete. Plastic or concrete, you had better have some way of draining that water out if it happens to get in.
