If it helps any, the screw assembly on the trim rings get positioned to the driver's side - not at the bottom. This will position the heads of the screws up rather than to the side.
Good quality Dodge factory photographs show this. Unfortunately, scanned and reproduced images tend to lose the detail due to the pixels. Those I have posted on t137.com are even worse as I have to reduce the file size in order to upload them. But, if you look REAL close, you may be just able to make out the slight reflection caused by the screw assemblies on the sides.
