The other Dodge Truck Manual you shared picture of is for civilian 2WD with stainless (not black) headlight door. The 2WD truck headlights have a different base and the screw is at the 6:00 position. All PW factory photos have black door (unless special ordered like the one in your photo) and screws at 3:00.
