The PPG MP 175 Omni Epoxy goes on the bare steel, the the PPG Omni MP-182 2K High Build . You will get many opinions on filler on bare steel or the epoxy. Even reading the autobody forum, its appears to be a matter of choice, both work. I prefer filler on bare steel
