Hey:
As some know, the Chicago Metro area has had the highest gas prices in the nation (even CA's) for a while now. Being that one of the LARGEST refineries in the county is on Chicago's south side, that made alot of sense to me.
Slowly, ever so slowly, the prices have been going down to ALMOST bearable, $3.07 a gal (it's still more in the city). This morning, BP announced they shut down the refinery for it's annual maintenance, AGAIN! This is the 3rd time they've used that story this year that I recall. The prices IMMEDIATELY shot up $.41 a gal. Grrrr!
