Hard for any one using logic to make the jump as to how one person can control all of the oil sheiks, all of the world futures markets and all of the EPA regulators, taxing agencies and refiners.
But if you're geared to simple, yeah it was Bush, that means the price will go down $2.00 a gallon after Hilary is elected right?
