Private Property May Become Communal Property

You might want to move off the Left Coat. A Washington Stage Group of individuals is looking to get a law pased (65-10 Rule) that calls for landowners to set aside 65 percent of their property and keep it in its natural, vegetative state. (King County)

Sounds OK, but get this, nothing can be built on this land, and if a tree is cut down, for example, it must be replanted. Building anything is out of the question.

Sounds like an attempt to take private property and make it communal property and further dictate how you live tour once free life in a Social style.
