My business is to build and to do that, I have to pull permits, the last permit cost $35,000 for 4200 square feet. You guys laugh when I tell stories about CA regulations, but the main reason I tell the stories is to wake you up. As CA gets more messed up, more Californians are moving to other states,...and taking their socialist disease with them.
