Title for Restomod

Speaking with someone last night, who is putting a Diamond T body on a late model Cummins equipped Dodge truck chassis, got me thinking this morning.

When the chassis and body VIN do not match, what VIN is usually used for the title? I did not think about this during the conversation.

It probably varies by state, just wondering if anyone has first hand experience.
