Hi all,
I can't get the fuel gauge on my '48 B1 power wagon to work properly. In once instance, the needle on the gauge goes to full, then drops down to half, sometimes down all the way to empty, and then goes back up to full. It will continually cycle like this. When I change the wires going to the gauge around, the needle goes to empty and stays there. I know I have almost a full tank of gas.
Is this a problem with the gauge or the fuel sending unit in the tank, or possibly both? Thanks in advance for any help.
