Picture 120327: Stacked flat washers go between the mount and the radiator support. Use how ever many washers it takes to raise or lower the front of the hood to fit at all lower corners. You may have to place more washers on one side than the other.

Picture 120346: There should not be any plate between the bracket and the cowl. The plate just sits down on the cowl and it gets bolted in place.
