The guys at pittsburgh diesel don't think that the 4BT would have enough power with lower gears (truck with 4.56). They said they have not worked on a 4B(but would give it a shot), but have worked on a bunch of 6Bs. Does anyone know of anyone with experience setting up 4B and any practical experience.
I'm starting to wonder if a 6.5 wouldn't be better as they are available for a lower price.
I'll take any suggestions, otherwise probably go gas (ugh) 360 or 350.
In closing, the guys at pittsburgh have a great web sit (directed towards semi) with a bunch of info on recommended compression for high output turbos (14:1) and other stuff.
