Oil galley cleaning on 230ci motor....

I just pulled the oil pan on my truck because the oil pressure gets pretty low after things warm up. I have a lot of sludge built up in the bottom of the pan. Is there a easy way to clean or back flush the oil system with the motor still in the truck?
The motor runs great, no strange noises or knocks, so I think my cam bearings are fine. I'm going to pull the pump and check the wear on it also. Any other advice on things to check would be helpfull, Thanks.
