Jonas, once you get it figured out as to what the problem was, please post a follow-up. I have a 230 engine that shortly after an engine rebuild developed oil pressure problems to. Had good pressure at start-up, but after it warmed up, it had barely any pressure. The oil pressure would come up some when the engine was revved up, but less and less each time after. Shimming up the oil pressure relief valve was only a temperary fix, for after a while the pressure would start going down again. I'm suspecting it's the clearances on the main and rod bearings but haven't had a chance yet to go back into that engine (I'm in the middle of rebuilding a 218). Earlier this year someone else had a similar problem, (I think it may have been Keith up north) maybe they could let us know what they found. Robert
