A gearing calculator will tell you for certain but based on the axle ratios and the really tall tires you could probably get away with the non-OD trans.
What are your plans for the transfer case? Both should fit in front of the stock NP200. Otherwise what you can attach and how easily/cheaply will play a part too.
I still lean toward the zf for the OD, but with the size of tire and axle gears you might not really need or be able to use OD much.
I'd play with a gear ratio calculator and see what your engine and road speeds would be in the different gears.
