Spring pin destructive removal

I've been fighting the two remaining spring pins in the rear axle hangers. I've tried all the various tips but no luck. Even welded on a 1/2" grade 8 bolt to the end of the pin to try and pull it out and the bolt snapped (my weld held though).

So what's the best way to cut the pin out?
