Thanks for all the replies.
Spent the better part of the morning heating waxing turning hitting and pulling with no effect other than to beat myself up.
So I gave up and got out the angle grinder. 15 minutes and two cutting disks later it was out.
Turns out there was no ridge on the pins, but I wasn't turning the pin I was spinning the bushing around the pin.
Took some force from the 20-ton arbor press to push the chunk of pin out of its bushing.
Just have to order some shackles when I order new pins.
