This may sound far-fetched, but I've often thought you could get next to some immovable anchor, (tree, post bolted down or poured into concrete, even another vehicle's bumper)and be close enough to use a big hydraulic jack to press it through with. Maybe even devise something that would strap around the frame and seat the base of the jack into it. As long as you have a jack that doesn't care if it's being pumped horizontally.
