Any thoughts on an engine?

So after running around EPay I found this....

Would this engine fit in a 41 WC half ton, or am I wasting my time, should rebuild the original flat 6 which is a dog but still has a place in my heart? I understand the trany and bellhousing would not work and some "ok alot" fabrication wil be needed.

Any one take this challenge on before?
