Yes, it will fit fine. However, in my opinion its to costly unless you have really deep pockets. Consider a lot more than just a engine/tranny/T Case must be done on a quality conversion. Your talking suspension mods, PS/4 wheel Disk Brakes, re-wire of entire truck, plus all so much more. I used to suggest $8500 for a diesel conversion using a used engine. Now days, I have upped my suggestion and now believe you need $10K available. With this engine youe way over $10K.
