"returns not accepted"

I have noticed lately that a lot of the parts on ebay, to which Joe has kindly provided a link for our convenience, are being sold with no returns accepted. Of course it's a free choice the seller can make, as well as the buyer can choose not to buy. Personally I would be very reluctant to purchase parts that were not returnable.
