not all sellers on ebay are business people.
some just want to sell and arent worried about customer satisfaction or repeat business. you or i cant change that,other than not buying from those sellers. when i sell on ebay or anywhere else i always offer returns. we who deal in pw parts are fortunate in that the pw community is very honest and a lot of business is still conducted on a persons word. it isnt like that everywhere.
