done very good with purchasing used powerwagon parts either. to be specific: a windshiled frame that was described as good condition and once i had all the rust removed the lower section was not only unusable, but so rotten that i wouldnt rebuild it. i also bought a windshield regulator on ebay. poor quality, not as described in my opinion. i did not leave negative feedback or complain to the sellers. when i looked at what i paid [230.00 for the frame and 99.00 for the regulator] i figured i got what i paid for.
the lesson i learned: dont buy cheap junk expecting it to be anything else. i always pay for education, whether in a classroom or the school of hard knocks.
