Jerry, I bought a coat for my daughter that the seller listed as "returns not accepted". It came through different than described in the listing, so I contacted the seller about the problem. Although they were reluctant to take it back, they did, rather than risk getting bad feedback. Its always worth a try if your not satisfied with the item.
