PW FROZEN IN GROUND

I bought a wm300 sunday. It is not running so we did not move it. Planned to go thursday this week to pick it up. Got a note from the guy saying he could not move it with a large farm tractor. The wheels are sunk about 3 inches in the ground and frozen.

Due to the deep snow, we did not see this.

Any ideas how to get her free. Do you think a tild bed truck backed right up to the front wheels and the tilt bed truck winch would pull her free without doing damage. To far from house for hot water.
