goahead and deflate and inflate the tires.
If that fails unbolt the front tires and lift
the front up in such away that you can rock the front back and forth. The 2 tires willhave to be dug out with a jackhammer or
a large amount of hot salt water. If this doesn't work the beer party may be in order...
