When my '41 WC got stuck in the ground a few years ago, I placed a large tarp over the truck and anchored it at all the corners and sides with heavy rocks. Then I put two kerosene heaters underneath and let it sit for 4 or 5 hours. It freed it right up after that.
Its a tad primitive, but it worked.
