Cut-off wheel setup for 4 1/2" grinder?

Anyone have a good way to attach a 4 1/2" cut-off wheel to a 4 1/2" angle grinder to get more than 1/4" of cutting wheel to show? Are there different top flanges(hubs) made for these?
