HELP w/ Combat Wheels.....

...have to get new tires for my WC54. "Discount Tire" says they won't touch combat wheels (they're NOT split rims) due to liability. If it is easy, I'LL do it. The question is, IS it easy to put new tubes and tires on? Don't I just let air out of the tire, unbolt the ring, slide off old tire & tube, put on new tire & tube, re-bolt & inflate?????? THX in advance.
