I did that very thing this weekend.
Let all the air out of tube, then used front end loader bucket to press down on tire next to rim (probably 6-8 times around the wheel on both sides)to break bond rubber bead has on rusted steel, double check no air pressure, unbolt rim, falls aparts.
Now I have to find somebody in Libby with a lathe that can cut the centers out and change offset back to stock.
