I help a friend do them on his jeep about a month ago. It went pretty easy we broke the bead with a old manual tire machine I have had to go around a few times. Otherwise just put a jack on the tire and when you start to jack up the vehicle the bead should brake. Here is a link he found that explained the procedure. This was a jeep but the procedure should be basically the same.
As to tire work I have found that discount chain store are are waste of time find a truck tire shop to get the work done
