Went to get a wheel nut for the school bus today . They needed the serial number . This is why GM is in the toilet . I need a friggin serial number to get a wheel nut ?
The fraggilin thing should be a off the shelf item . So I am now poed with GM and will look at a alternative company to deal with . It is crapp like this that leads to customer discontent and a loss of sales . I am one of those customers that can bring in 17 sales or lose them *. GM just lost 17 sales .The guy who designed this part should be fired . The guy who oked the design and signed it off should be shot , then fired .

* old advertising data shows a happy customer will attract or reffer on average 17 people to a product or store . The inverse is true too and some studies say a upset customer has more impact than a pleased one .
