OT: Experianced my first e-Bay Ripp Off

Experienced my first e-Bay Rip Off. Bid and won the "TRUCK, 3/4-TON, 4X4, M56, M43, M37, M201 Manual" on CDROM from seller "chqsoftca" (or CHQ Software http://www.chqsoftware.com).

Paid with PayPal, and the seller dropped off the earth. No responses to e-Mail and the phone forwards to another number with a full voice mail, so no way to leave a message.

So just a reminder to only buy from those with Buyer Protection and 100% positive feedback.
