burying air lines

I have an outbuilding about 20-25 feet from my garage and want to run air out to it. Anyone ever buried airlines? If so what depth did you bury it to?

I was thinking of buring 3/4" galvenized airlines in a 2" PVC tube about 12" down. Electrical in PVC conduit will be in the 2" tube as well.

What do you guys think?
