Don't mix the 2 in the same pipe. For 20-25 ft just buy some more pipe. How are you going to get the wires terminated correctly in side the buildings? Steel pipe dose not bend around corners to well inside of a pipe. Your asking for trouble doing it this way. I have been a Electrician for over 30 years and never heard of frost heave on a buired pipe? That happens to stuff the is sticking above ground and going into the dirt. Tar the air pipe or use Sched 80 PVC pipe instead if you are concerned about rust. Mark H.
