I got to thinking about that also, because the product is so specialized to become useless if it does not adhere to the non-rusted portions of a part or frame or whatever. Most, and close to all of the parts I am using are at least partially not rusted, so that would nix the application of POR-15 on nearly every part. My guess is the the POR Prep that they sell is the product they want you to use to get the POR-15 to adhere to non-rusted areas. Waddaya think?
