1966 FFPW. My Hi/Low lever goes all the way forward until it hits the front of the opening in the floor pan. When I pull it back, it comes back 2 3/8" measured at the slot in the floor pan. I'm thinking it should be limited by the transfer case shift rod, not the opening in the floor pan, so I need to adjust that rod length. Is that right? It shifts OK from Hi to Low. Thanks
