Linkage is adjusted using the poppet balls. It needs a lever control linkage adjustment. Takes two people to do it. Check your manual for procedures, if you need procedures, let us know.

Also check your TC rubber insulators, if the handbrake rod rides on top of the TC, you need new insulators installed before you adjust the linkage.
