Thanks Keith. Brake and clutch do not rub floor. But, the cab seems to sit right on the frame at the driver's side rear mount area, and is about 1/8" above on the passenger's side front. So, sounds like new mounts are in order.

Searching a bit it seems there is some adjustability in the position of the cab and so I need to be careful with the steering column alignment. Is there a preferred way to support the cab to swap out the mounts, short of an overhead lift?
