So I'm sorta "stuck" with the car hauler I have at least for the time being.

It's not like it's a lame @@@sed trailer at all.

Yes, it's got two (2) 3500 lb axles
with 205/70-15 trailer tires with a "C" weight class rating.
Yes it's full 4" frame not the wimpy 2" ya see out there
Yes the frame goes all the way from the bull hitch
To about mid frame, just in front of the tires

Is this a 7k lb rated trailer? All comparable sites I find says it's a 7k lb rated trailer. Not 6k

So... last time I took the dodge WC12 one of the tires on the trailer seemed rather "warm". And it was squaring a bit more than I felt comfy with.

It's not the bearings or hubs. They are the easy grease type using grease gun and not needing to be pulled apart

So I'm thinking.. what if I go up a load rating class to "D" rating class?

Should be better, no?

I mean the truck I haul should be about 4700 or so.
100% stock.
Trailer is under 2000 lbs, probably at less.

So I'm under the 7000 lb max. Not ideal but wondering if I just upgrade the tires if it won't feel so mushy.

Thanks everyone for their input.
