I have never seen a lot of "D" tires advertized. Most have been either "C" or "E".
I would go ahead and buy the "E". One thing to think about is how long you will have the trailer. For me trailer tires last a long time so why not get the best you can.
When I went to buy tires for my 46 PW I was complaining to my son about the price. He said Dad buy the best you can, you will have them on there forever. 20 years later I can say he was right.
