truck sometimes goes below 500 rpm and dies and or runs very ruff if i give it gas nothing happens and still runs ruff--like it is running out of gas
this sometimes happens at highway speeds
i put it in neutral and turn off the ignition and restart and the problem goes away till next time
happens randomly when i let off the gas and the rpms go down to below 500 like 400or so
can drive for an hour or so and no problem then it happens again
fellow that sold it to me had his mechanic scan it and they came up with the throttle body has to be replaced and he ordered from the states cuz there was not one available here but it has been forever
maybe this week
my question to you is could it not just be one of the sensors involveed in this or is there a way to adust the min. rpm and have you ever seen this issue
dealer here did not have the throttle body either but can get it in 22 days!!! almost a $800
when it happens the light that looks like a lightning bolt comes on and also the 4wd light comes on(the one that shows the truck squirrling in it s track
any advice or op would be appreciated
