I'll stick with you till we get it figured out. Can you install the bolt where the lever is? If not move the lever right or left till you can. Once the bolt can be threaded in a little, if the alignment is still off, then you will need to pull the fork and compare it's number to those below, to see if it matches for a correct fork, there are differences in forks.

From looking at your pictures and mine, the fork shaft appears short, your lever is further to the right than mine.
