BP's tryin to make their refinery in Hammond, IN. bigger. Thing is, they want to dump more crap into Lake Michigan that'll poison our drinking water. In essence, they're makin us choose water or gas. When all the states around the lake started bitchin, well, we got the highest gas prices in the nation all of a sudden.
