Ken,
What is being sold in the title of this post?
IF the person is following Gordon's naming rules, he has a WM300, if he is just a newbie it could be ANYTHING.
FF seems to get across pretty quick as a way to define "original" PWs, but if there is no defining language there is no way to tell if the person knows Gordon's rules and has a WM300, or has a 62 W100 and just does not know the "rules" yet.
I agree that FF may not be the best way to define things, but there MUST be something, or confusion will reign.
Just think if I called my 97 a diesel, nothing else. Would you know I have a 97 3500 Club Cab 4wd DODGE Diesel?
It is important that I at least say I have a 1 ton Dodge Diesel, more info helps, but that is a good enough start, and keeps the PowerStroke guys from thinking I have joined their ranks.
I am open to new language, but I refuse to use Power Wagon with no extra defintion, way too many trucks have Power Wagon on their hoods.
Nothing against you Ken, I know you know I have a 1 Ton Dodge.
:-)
Eric
