Grinding gears after replacing clutch

On my 1941 Power Wagon (Weapons Carrier)I have replaced my clutch, pressure plate, throw out bearing, bushings in the clutch linkage. All feels right in the adjustments, but the gears are still grinding when shifting under way, or shifting into gear from a standstill. Any ideas? The gear lube is at the proper level.
